The chlorine pool is 9 x 4 meters large and it is very well lighted, so you can swim at night as well. There are also 8 sun loungers! In addition, there is a lawn area of 325 m2 where the kids will be able to play freely, as the plot is completely fenced. At the patio there is covered space to park 2 cars and uncovered space to park up to 6 cars. In the garage you can find a table tennis and a small gym. There is also another bathroom next to it.

The house has three bathrooms; one of them has a hydro-massage shower where you will be able to relax after a hot summer day. In the air conditioned living-dining room there are two comfy sofas where you can rest while watching TV, reading a book, surfing the Internet (WIFI) or playing a board game with your friends. The kitchen, on the other hand, is very spacious and it is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. In addition, the house has a secondary kitchen just by the pool, where there is an oven and a BBQ.

This beautiful villa is only 4,7 km from the town of Campos, where you will find supermarkets, ATM, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. There is a fruit and vegetable market every Thursday and another local market with any kind of products every Saturday. In about 20 minutes by car you can get to beaches like Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó or Colònia de Sant Jordi. There are boats from Colònia de Sant Jordi to Cabrera Archipelago Maritime-Terrestrial National Park. Go for a day trip to this stunning corner of the Mediterranean!
