Reformed manorial house with private pool, situated in the valley of Sóller. It is prepared for up to 8 persons.
This magnificent manorial house has been totally reformed and is situated in the valley of Sóller. The style is a fusion between modern and classical, contributing to a unique character.
The outside area is ideal to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. There is a private, chlorine pool which measures 8x4m, with a maximum depth of 1.90m, as well as an exterior shower, to freshen up. Sunbathe and relax on any of the 4 sun loungers, in the spacious green garden, or prepare a tasteful barbecue (on the gas barbecue) to enjoy with your loved ones on the porch. There also is a balcony. The terrain is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.
The house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living- and dining room, with sofas, satellite television to watch a movie or enjoy a typical Spanish "siesta". In the dining area you will find a dining table for 8. The kitchen is open to the dining area. It works with a vitro hob and counts with a dishwasher, an electric oven and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, there is one guest room.
The 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe, are distributed over the first and second floor. One of them counts with an office. On request, we can prepare a baby cot and a high chair. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. On the second floor, there are two bath rooms with a shower (one of them is exterior). The house is equipped with central heating, so you can also enjoy it during the colder days.
Soller is one of the most enchanting villages of the island. It is situated in a valley in the Tramuntana Mountain Range. It has a unique charm, which makes it very atractive for tourism, although relatively quiet. You will surely enjoy a trip to Port de Sóller in the tram, or with the old, wooden train to Palma.

Before I start my review, I have to start by saying that although it may go against the AirBnb community spirit the previous review written by Elin from Sweden is bizarre and incredibly understated, her review translated to English is: “Totally ok house. Nothing out of the ordinary. Good location with proximity to the center!” This house is not “Ordinary” This house is amazing, it’s dripping in class and grandeur, it lacks nothing, has everything. If there was anything in this house that was modern it would spoil it’s charm and sophistication. The only stainless steel finishes you will find here (thankfully) are in the kitchen. We are a family of 4 and to be honest, we rattled, it’s that spacious. Previous reviews about the location are all spot on, even Elin’s- it’s in a great spot, your walk starts quietly and the get’s gradually populated the closer you get to the main square, the walk takes about 10 minute holiday -stroll …but far from manic. Even though this town is on Mallorca I’m so pleased to say we didn’t see 1 person wearing Union Jack shorts, any lads singing, drinking and being typically Brits abroad. Soller (pronounced Soya) is just like this property, sophisticated, classy and charming. The property isn’t for the elderly and probably not for parents with toddlers, 31 steps from bottom step to top may put some people off. When I first walked in through the big front door I was convinced I was in a communal hall way- no! It was all ours ..this week was going to be a million miles away from ordinary. The owner has decided to have this property managed by a professional company and that’s who you are dealing with after the initial greeting by the Landlord- Homerti are very keen to make sure you are happy, I couldn’t fault them, would most definitely use them again.
We had a lovely week stay with friends. The house is beautiful, clean & in a great place. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants & train station.
We have just returned from a 2 week stay in ALQUERIA D´EN COMTE No.25 and have had yet another outstanding holiday in and around Sóller. The house is very comfortable and extremely well situated for the town square and other attractions in the area. It is well equipped, although the dish washer could have been bigger to cater for larger groups. The addition of a micro-wave would be useful and, given the house is designed to sleep eight adults, eight of each plates, cups, mugs, glasses etc would probably be a good idea to ensure large groups are catered for. That said, when there was a shortage of particular items or when something needed replacing, such as the coffee machine in our case, the owner was quick to ameliorate the problem. The bedroom and the beds are comfortable. Our stay was during a particularly hot period and, due to lack of air conditioning in three of the four bedrooms, fans, provided for two rooms served to allow comfortable sleeping conditions (even if one fan was quite noisy). The lack of a fan for the third bedroom used (the master) and the need to sleep with windows wide open, resulted in some very happy mosquitoes! This is not a criticism, as a third fan was never requested, but it might be worth considering providing air conditioning for all four bedrooms. The main living area is air conditioned but we didn't need to use it as that part of the house remains cool even during the hottest part of the day. The main bathroom and top floor shower room were of a high standard and the provision of four toilets, one on each level, was very handy; as was the shower, tumble dryer and washing machine down in the basement. The gas BBQ was easy to use and cooked efficiently. The veranda was an absolute joy with plenty of shade provided by overhanging plants covering the canopy; a great place to enjoy a meal or just a chill and chat over a G&T in the evening. The gardens are well maintained and the swimming pool was fantastic; all looking absolutely stunning with the lights on in the evenings. The surrounding views of the mountains from the garden and various windows in the house are truly spectacular. All in all, this was a great house which we very much enjoyed. It was extremely comfortable and offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy the area from. Minor irritations detracted only slightly from our stay and non are worthy of dwelling on. We would happily stay there again and ALQUERIA D´EN COMTE No. 25 comes highly recommended.
We really enjoyed the stay at this house. It’s quite a magic place. Great located in the heart of soller. The garden with all its flowers and the pool are really nice and enjoyable. The house is quite big and one can easily Stay there with Many people.
Beautiful mallorcan townhouse at the residential end of the main shopping street in soller so perfectly situated to access town on foot and the tram to the port or train to Palma. Views are stunning.. the photos are great on the ad but when you're actually there and see the 360° mountain views from the garden and upper floors it takes your breath away. Owners could not have been more charming and responded quickly to a few requests. Would love to return. The house was in perfect order. However we were disappointed with the state of the garden and pool area.. definitely could have done with being swept and the pool cleaned of leaves etc. The owner told us the cleaner forgot to remove the outside cushions the day before we arrived when it rained heavily but they didn't offer our do anything about the cushions that were so saturated we couldn't use them all week. Also, obviously not their fault, but the house next door is having a nice extension built so every day we were subjected to noisy machinery which ruined our afternoons in the pool area. As someone who has lived in mallorca before I am very aware of building restrictions in the summer months and therefore the owners would have been aware that work would resume now and we could have been informed.
