The exteriors of this property are perfect for disconnecting and pampering yourself with your partner. The star is undoubtedly the prefabricated pool at ground level from where you can admire the wonderful views of the fields and mountains. It is chlorinated, measures 7.5 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.20 meters. Next to it, you have 2 comfy sun loungers and an umbrella for sunbathing or enjoying a good reading. The porch of the house has a large dining table, a barbecue and a relaxation area with a hanging hammock. The property is fenced.

The single-storey house offers a rustic and cozy style. Upon entering, we find an open space with the living room area -with fireplace and satellite TV-, the dining table for two and the kitchen with a gas stove. A pretty archway leads into the bedroom which is equipped with a large double bed, wardrobe and fan. The bathroom in the house has a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair for you if you travel with your baby. Please, note there's no washing machine in the house.

This wonderful little house is located on the outskirts of Llubí, among quiet fields. In just 3 km you reach the town where you find all the essential services for your stay. The central location of the house will allow you to get to know wonderful places on the island such as the Sierra de Tramuntana, the northern beaches (such as Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d'Alcúdia, etc), the beautiful city of Palma and its amazing cathedral. , etc.
