The exterior area of this house is spectacular. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, you'll find a baby cot and a high-chair available. The house offers gas central heating.

This villa is located 4.5 km from the town of Bunyola where you'll find supermarket, restaurants, bars and all you need for your stay. The nearest beach is Can Pere Antoni in Palma, about 16.3 km away. If you drive there you can also visit the capital without missing the cobbled narrow streets or the Cathedral of La Seu.
