The outdoor area of the property invites guests to make the most of sunny days in a relaxed atmosphere. The private chlorine pool is perfect for cooling off during the warmer months. Surrounding it, the private, fenced garden with a lawn provides a pleasant space to unwind outdoors. The house also features a terrace where guests can enjoy spending time together, as well as a barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious meals al fresco while soaking up the peace and quiet of the surroundings.

The interior of the house, spread over two floors, offers spacious and welcoming areas for a comfortable stay. The living room features air conditioning, a television and a fireplace that creates a warm, homely atmosphere. The dining area, which opens onto the living room, is perfect for enjoying family meals, while the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, provides a practical space for preparing your favourite dishes. The house has five bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. Four of them are located on the first floor: three have air conditioning, while the fourth is equipped with a fan. The fifth bedroom also features a double bed and a fan. There are also three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with showers, one of which is located outside, providing added convenience when spending time by the pool. For extra practicality, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot is also available.

The Campanet area, nestled at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, offers a peaceful rural setting, ideal for enjoying nature and experiencing authentic Mallorca. Nearby attractions include the Coves de Campanet caves, the Fonts Ufanes, a spectacular natural phenomenon that occurs after heavy rainfall, and the Sant Miquel hermitage. The village retains the charm of its traditional streets, picturesque square and restaurants serving Mallorcan cuisine. The beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro, with their fine sand and crystal-clear waters, are approximately a 25-minute drive away. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the courses in Pollença and Alcanada, while hiking and cycling routes offer the opportunity to discover the stunning landscapes of the Tramuntana mountains. The charming towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, with their lively traditional markets, are also well worth a visit.
