Welcome to this lovely country house with private pool, on the outskirts between Inca, Llubí and Muro, where 6 people will find their second home.
This villa is wonderful, it counts with a great variety of areas where you can spend some family moments with total privacy. You can prepare delicous barbecues or delightful pizzas in the wood oven, and enjoy them all together at the porch or the terrace by the greenery of the garden. There is also a little exterior kitchenette with a sing and plenty of cabins for your comfort. By the porch, going up some steps and secured by a handrail you will find a beautiful chlorine pool sizing 8 x 5 metres and with 2 metres depth. It is ideal for a refreshing dip after sunbathing on one of the 8 sunbeds.
The atmosphere within the house is very cosy and it has rustic details which make the difference. There are two floors with very spacious rooms. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with access to the outside, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, all necessary to cook and space to have an appetiser. There is also a study or working area in case you need it, a bathtub bathroom and a lovely dining room for 6 people with access to the first floor. Here, you will find a comfortable living - dining room where you can watch satellite TV, and exit to a huge furnished terrace that will allow you to admire the views while having a cocktail. To complete this floor there are three bedrooms with a closet each, one with a double bed and the other tow with two single beds, and a shower bathroom. A cot, a high chair, 2 fans as well as central heating are also available. This heating system works through the wood stove of the dining room that, through a circuit, heats the radiators of the house.
The finca is located near the road from Inca to Muro so you quickly can reach Llubí, Inca or Muro. The nearest village is Llubí, and it is very quiet and inhabited by locals mainly, with all services like supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars and restaurants. The street market day in Muro is on Sunday and it is worth a visit and buy some local products. Inca is a lively little city where you will find all kinds of shops and with its own famous street market day on Thursday, where you will find stalls of all kinds and where you can taste the delicious Mallorcan cuisine at noon at any of its known "cellers" - typical Mallorcan restaurants-.
