The property’s paved surface covers the home’s entry area and the area around the pool, having a total size of 260m2. Around the pool you have access to 1 shower, 1 fixed umbrella and, there, you can enjoy relaxing in one of the 8 sunbeds available for you. Besides the paved area, the property has a spectacular 2000m2 lawn area and fruit trees; all completely fenced in. As a whole, the house has 1 20m2 furnished porch, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors, and 1 40m2 furnished terrace, which can be accessed through the set of stairs in one side of the house. The property’s garden also features a fixed barbecue and a traditional wood oven where you can cook from any type of meat to a delicious pizza. The property’s privacy is complete and has outdoor parking for 5 cars.

If you just want to relax, the living room of this property is ideal. In it, you can relax watching satellite TV or through a good read. In the furnished, elegant dining room you can enjoy unforgettable meals and dinners with your loved ones. The property’s full kitchen, which has a small island, offers you everything necessary to dazzle your friends and family with your culinary creations, including induction stove. In the house there is a separate laundry room where you can find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. This property has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 of them have 1 double bed, and the other one 2 single beds. There are a total of 2 bathrooms with bathtub in the property and it has 1 crib, 5 fans and 6 radiators, in case you need them.

This property is ideal to unwind from the daily routine and recharge your batteries. It is located in a quiet rural area surrounded by fruit trees and a pine forest. You can take advantage of going out for a walk around the area. If you want to visit some of the beautiful beaches of Majorca, this is the perfect property for you because it is located only 16 km from Es Trenc, one of the best beaches on the island. If you prefer to make cultural visits and enjoy all kinds of daytime and evening entertainment, 40 km away you will discover the wonderful city of Palma. One of the recommended visits is the cathedral, also called "La Seu", which is the only Gothic church located on the seafront, and also the one with the largest rosette of this characteristic style.
