Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this fantastic house with private pool at the urbanisation of Sa Coma de Bunyola, with capacity for 8 people.
The outside of this house has several corners to enjoy the summer and the free time. The central character is the fantastic chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.60 to 2.10 meters. It has also a pool slide to make the dip even funnier. Around it, you will find the terrace with several sunbeds to sunbathe and corners with tables to have a snack or to have lunch or dinner outdoors, like the porch. It counts also with a tennis court to make a tourney between all of you and make holiday even more entertaining. The 100 m2 plot is fenced and privacy is total, so you will relax and rest in an excellent environment.

The 200 m2 house is divided into 3 storeys. On the ground floor you will only find the porch by the pool, while the accommodation is distributed along the 1st and the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor you will also find several furnished terraces to enjoy outdoors, the views and the environment. Once inside, the house has a traditional but simple style, and counts with everything you may need to have the nicest vacation.

On the 1st floor you will find the living room with a comfortable chaise longue to watch TV Sat or rest, or warm up by the fireplace in the cold days. The dining room is independent, an ample and luminous room with capacity for 8 people. The kitchen in the same style than the rest of the house, has a gas hob and it is fully equipped, including a table with 4 chairs to cook in company. Finally, a bathroom with a shower gives service to this floor.

The 4 bedroom are on the second floor. Two of them have a double bed, one has two single beds, and the last one has a trundle bed. All of them have a wardrobe and a fan. There is also a coy and a highchair available if you are travelling with a baby. On this second floor you will find two bathrooms with a bathtub for the 4 bedrooms. The house has also central heating foe the coldest days. In addition you will dind a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Sa Coma de Bunyola is an urbanisation very close to the village of Bunyola, ideal to spend some days of rest. The environment will allow you to make family excursions, to enjoy the countryside and nature, and it is ideal for hikers and cycling lovers. At the village you will find all services for an independent stay. You can visit the weekly street market which takes place on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The house is in the midway between Palma and Soller, very well, and has a very good access, being the beach of Puerto de Soller the nearest one.
