This wonderful town house offers a fantastic terrace where you find an amazing chlorine pool sizing 6 x 4 metres and a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.80 metres. Everything around invites to relax and enjoy the good weather. The walls made of stone and wattle transform the place into a cosy and relaxing space. You will find 10 sun loungers to bask in the sun or relax under the parasol by a good reading, as well as a great porch furnished with sofas where you can enjoy a glass of wine before leaving to enjoy the night, although you can also prepare a delicious barbecue right here. The house is in the centre of the village and there are direct neighbours.
This accommodation, recently restored, offers plenty of spaces along two floors of great style and surprising architectural quality. On the ground floor you have a beautiful living room, open to the dining area and kitchen, which is perfect to rest, chat all together or watch the satellite TV. You can also enjoy some music and have fun while cooking a delicious plate on the induction top. This great space offers air-conditioning and a wood stove for your major comfort. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is a total of 5 bedrooms, all of them with air-conditioning and a closet. On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed each. Upstairs there are the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the last one has two twin beds. There are three more bathrooms with a shower each: One on each floor and the last one outside. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Definitively, this is the perfect house if you are looking for comfort and style.
Randa is an absolutely charming village located in Pla de Mallorca, near the big city of Palma. It is perfect to come to know the Mallorcan culture as well as its gastronomy and fabulous natural environment. In fact, you cannot leave without visiting the great Puig de Randa and enjoy the breathtaking views. You will have an easy access to a number of dreamy beaches and coves from here. The nearest beach is in Can Pastilla about 22 km away, but you can also visit the paradisaical Cala Pi, Es Trenc or Cala s'Almonia, among many others in the area.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
