Great country house with private pool in Porreres. It can accommodate 6 people.
After a fun day exploring the island’s various beaches, there’s nothing better than returning to this beautiful estate and relaxing in its spacious outdoor areas. You can cool off in the chlorine pool, which measures 11 x 5 metres and has a depth ranging from 0.5 to 2 metres. You can also enjoy a glass-enclosed annex with air conditioning, perfect for dining or relaxing, as well as the outdoor porch. The property is fenced and offers complete privacy.

Upon entering the house, you find the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and where the washing machine is also located. The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor and all three are equipped with twin beds and AC. We can also provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There are two bathrooms on the main floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Going up the stairs we find the spacious living room with AC where you can relax and watch the Smart TV.

The house is in a bucolic location, surrounded by fields and tranquility. However, beautiful beaches such as Es Trenc are just 19 km away. The closest town, Porreres, offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as restaurants, supermarkets and bars. You can also visit other nearby places such as the Santuari de Cura, the Talaiot Capocorp Vell or even go to Palma and spend an afternoon shopping and sightseeing.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
