This beautiful two-storey house has a 10 x 5 m-sized chlorinated pool (1.3 - 1.8 m deep) and is surrounded by 8 sun loungers and a large lawn area for sunbathing. The garden is very well cared and it has a exuberant vegetation with several types of palm trees, olive trees and oleanders. On a fully furnished porch you can enjoy excellent family dinners made on the gas barbecue or relax having a coffee or reading a book. This property is closer to the golf course Pula and it surprises with the spectacular mountain views of Costa de los Pinos. The finca is fenced and demarcated by cypresses, si you have total privacy.

When you enter the house, you will find a modern living room ideal for watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or listening to some music while admiring the beautiful views from the windows. Beside the arc there is a large dining room for 8 guests with a direct access to the outside. The kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine and melitta coffee machine, kitchen tools and much more. It is very practical as it has a bar for having a glass of wine while cooking. The laundry area features washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and has access to the terrace. On this same floor, there are two nice bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), a toilet and a bathroom with separated shower and bathtub, hair dryer, bathroom scale, 2 basins and make-up mirror. Both bedrooms have a fan each and direct access to the garden and pool.

Going upstairs, there are two other bedrooms with air conditioning and access to outside (one has two single beds and another has a double bed), and the second bathroom with shower and bidet. The terrace upstairs boasts spectacular views of the property, the mountains and the golf course. All bedrooms have wardrobe and all bathrooms count with a window to the outside and mosquito nets. If you are traveling with a baby we provide you with up to 2 cribs, 2 highchairs and a baby potty. The house is equipped with all the comforts to enjoy a pleasant stay, including underfloor heating, along with two fans. All rooms present background music system. There are solar panels in the property.

Located about 5 km from Son Servera, the house has an easy access to various places with great charm like Cala Bona, the Natural Park of Levante or the Costa dels Pins. The part of Cala Millor has more services. For those wishing to play golf, the Pula golf course is only 500 meters away, in fact you can see it from the house. In Artà, you can discover the island's oldest traditions, such as its traditional market held every Saturday where you can buy some typical and fresh products of the area.
