Welcome to this house located 3 km from Sa Pobla. It accommodates 8 people (plus 1 extra).
The exteriors are very beautiful with its gardens and the chlorinated swimming pool of 10 x 10 m with a uniform depth of 1.9 m. There are 8 chairs, a ping-pong table, two large terraces (one of them furnished), a fully equipped porch with a table, chairs and a fixed barbecue, and another porch equipped with four spinners, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs. There are fruit trees from which you can pick up fruit.

This 200 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: three on the ground floor (two doubles and one twin, all with air conditioning), and one twin on the first floor. A cot is available on request. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor (one with a bath and one with a shower).

The living-dining room is very charming and has two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, a fireplace, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped and has a glass ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is just 3 km from Sa Pobla, a town where you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, etc. Located a few kilometres away, the lovely town of Pollença is worth a visit. Walk around its beautiful cobbled streets and all the little shops in the area, climb the 365 steps up to the Calvari –a small church on top of the hill-, which will give you magnificent views over the region.

Only a 20-minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and have a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat good paella, some with stunning views of the bay of Alcúdia. The promenade of Can Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquillity of Platges de Muro. It is also advisable to approach the area of Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters. Apart from the north, you can visit the beaches of the east of Mallorca, small sandy and rocky beaches perfect for nature lovers.
