Welcome to this fantastic villa, with private pool, on the outskirts of Llucmajor. It offers accommodation for 10 guests.
The exterior of this country house offer the perfect combination between nature, peace and brightness. In front of a cheerful construction there is a big private chlorine pool, 11 x 4.5 m and 1.8 to 2.2 m depth, where to have a dip after sunbathing on the 13 sun loungers. Then, various porches and terraces invite you to have lunch or dinner all together. There are direct neighbours.

At the house you will enjoy two living-dining rooms, of which one has TV-SAT, air conditioning and a decorative chimney. The kitchen has gas hob and the laundry is provided with washing machine, iron as well as ironing board. There are 5 dormitories with double bed and wardrobe, one of them also has a single bed. On this floor there are two of the bedrooms, one with a shower en-suite bathroom. Another shower bathroom completes that floor. Upstairs, there is another bathroom with bathtub and the other 3 dormitories, one of which features an en-suite bathtub bathroom and air conditioning. There are 5 fans, cot and high chair as well as oil central heating.

Llucmajor is the perfect place to accommodate oneself, since it offers all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and much more. Even though, the nearest beach is S’Arenal and it is situated at only 15 km. Likewise, we suggest you visiting many other paradisiacal coves in its nearby as, for instance, Es Trenc.

There are four exterior parking places as well as 2 covered ones.
