Fantastic house at the foot of the mountain range with capacity for 10 - 12 guests. It has private pool and it is located in a cycling route at the beautiful village of Campanet
You will never forget the refreshing dips in the beautiful chlorine pool which sizes 9x4 meters and whose depth goes from 1 to 2 meters. Enjoy the wonderful views around the pool on one of the sunbeds where you can comfortably sunbathe. It will take a long time for your eyes to forget the surrounding greenery. The house provides with several places to enjoy the great weather: you can relax and have a drink under the porch, admire the starry sky while having some champagne at the little table by the pool or taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables at the exterior dining table by the barbecue area. The property is fenced and your only neighbours will be the sheep, the birds, the trees and nature.

You will find two buildings at the property. Both are characterized by a rustic and at the same time modern style with all comforts you may need. When entering the main house you will find a beautiful independent kitchen which offers a gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a high chair, as well as a table with 4 chairs to prepare breakfast in the morning. Then the living.dining room comes. Here you can have a seat on the comfortable sofa while watching satellite TV (only German channels) or enjoy a DVD film while refreshing with the air-conditioning. The dining table has room for 10 people. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub. This house provides with 5 double bedrooms. Four of them are located on the ground floor and one is on the first floor. On the ground floor, two bedrooms feature twin beds and the other two feature double beds. In addition, the last one has an en-suite shower bathroom with a bidet. The 5th bedroom on the 1st floor has also a double bed. All bedrooms present a closet and are air-conditioned, an the whole accommodation offers central heating for the winter season. If you are travelling with a baby there is also a cot available under request. There is also an independent laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The second building is smaller and it is here where our extra guests will stay (it will only be opened in case of 11 or 12 pax). It presents a rustic but comfortable and cosy style. The space is shared by the living and dining room and the kitchen. Here you can rest while watching TV on the sofa and refreshing with the AC. The kitchen presents the basic equipment like a ceramic hob, an oven and a microwave. The only bedroom has a double bed, a closet and AC. A shower bathroom completes this accommodation. As well as the main house, it features central heating for the winter season.

This house is the perfect place if you want to disconnect from daily life and have a real rest. It is ideal for nature lovers, as well as hikers and cyclists. In fact, the house is located in the tourist cycling route between Pollensa and Campanet. The village is about 6 km from the property and there you will find the basic services for an independent stay like bars, restaurants and little shops. You will have to go to Inca for bigger supermarkets and shops. The impressive caves in Campanet are also very near, as well as Ses Fonts Ufanes, a little unexpected forest in the centre of the island. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, characterized by its fine sand and crystalline waters, and ample enough to really enjoy a beach day.
