The wonderful two-story house has all the main rooms on the ground floor, and only a small playing area on the upper floor. From the garden we access the living room, which is equipped with AC and satellite TV. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, all with AC: the main one has a double bed, dressing room, and bathroom with independent bathtub and shower; there is another bedroom with a double bed and the third one has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom in the house also offers a separate bathtub and shower. Lastly, there is a cot and a highchair available for your baby.

The property is located on the outskirts of Son Servera, in a quiet and residential area and on the way to Cala Millor and Cala Bona, a mere 2 km away, where you can enjoy the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. You will find all the essential services for an independent stay in town. If you wish, you can go to play golf as the Pula Golf course is only 4.4 km away.
