This is a well decorated house in the countryside and surrounded by nature. It has a pool, a modern architecture with functional equipment and a capacity for 4-5 people.
There are two bright bed rooms for four people (plus space for an extra guest, if necessary), all with views to the woods or the garden. One of the rooms is on the ground floor and has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The other one is upstairs and is equipped with a double bed. There is also a sofa bed (single size) on the first floor. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor and both with shower.

In summer you will sense the light breeze from the southern mountain range which will refresh you and create a Mediterranean atmosphere both inside and outside the house. There are three fans at your disposal for use as needed. During the cooler months, the fireplace provides not only pleasant warmth all over the place but also a romantic ambience. 2 electric radiators in the house and electric space heaters in the bathrooms complete the comfort.

The living and dining area with open fitted kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. There is a secondary kitchen outside, next to the pool terrace that is equipped with fridge and gas stove. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The bright living area is spacious, tastefully equipped and above all homely. The cozy sofas are the perfect place to relax, watch satellite TV or surf the internet.

The exteriors are fantastic; you will enjoy the lovely garden, spacious terrace and stunning mountain views. The wooden floor of the pool terrace will give you a good feeling and make you want to stay forever outside. Step outside and have a BBQ, swim in the 13 x 2,75 m pool or enjoy a bath in the sun on one of the sun loungers next to the pool.

The house is surrounded by nature, located in the untouched countryside, but at the same time it is relatively close to the coast and amenities thanks to good transport infrastructure. Discover the beaches and “calas” (all within a perimeter of 12 km). The next town is Felanitx, about 5,5 km away from the house. There you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and services.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
