Welcome to this lovely house in Picassent which sleeps up to 10 guests.

The outdoor areas are well-kept: a spacious garden, a chlorinated 10x4 -sized pool (0,9-2,4m deep) and a BBQ for cooking lovers.

A 314m2-sized house is divided into 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms: a twin bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor (two twin bedrooms and a double air-conditioned bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bath tube). There are two folding beds for the 9th and the 10th guest.
Beside the ensuite bathroom, there is another bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
An air-conditioned living-dining room is very cozy and light, and is furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can spend quiet hours after the beach reading your favourite book or watching TV. For colder months there is a wooden stove. A separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitcheware to be able to cook delicious meals. You will find also a washing machine and an iron with an irioning board.

This property is located 20km from Valencia city, city with a rich touristic and cultural variety. You can visit Art Museum, Science Museum, Valencia Cathedral, El Miguelete, Turia Gardens, El Palau de La Música, El Bioparc, El Oceanográfic or just have a stroll in the historic center with its palaces.

You will find beautiful beaches like El Cabañal, La Malvarrosa, Playa Pinedo, Playa El Saler 20km from Valencia City.
