Surrounded by nature and the mountains, this lovely house with private pool is located 8 km from Gandia and 13 km from the beach. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

This beautiful villa is surrounded by mountains and fields, within the small urbanization of Montesol. Our guests can go for a dip in the private, 11 x 4 meter chlorine pool (depth: approx. 1.6 meters) and enjoy swimming overlooking the mountains. Before swimming, you can use the exterior shower. Both the terrace and the natural garden with Mediterranean flora are nice spots for a large breakfast. If you fancy sunbathing, lay down on one of the eight sun loungers on the spacious pool terrace and enjoy the sunny weather. Chefs will enjoy cooking outside thanks to the mobile barbecue. The villa with is in a quiet urbanization and there's 1 neighbor next door. The plot is very private.

This house offers a second home on two floors and 200 m2, surprising with elegant comforts and a good equipment. There's an air conditioned living area on the ground floor with sofa and electric radiator where you can read a book or just relax. There's a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, some kitchenware, microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker and much more. Two modern bedrooms with a double bed and garden views are on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms counts with a bathroom (open to the bedroom), with bathtub where you can unwind after a long day full of activities. There's a second, separate bathroom with walk-in shower, mirror, toilet and wash basin on the ground floor. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available for our guests.

A staircase leads to the first floor where a spacious living room with A/C, electric radiator, satellite-TV (international channels) and a DVD player with some DVDs can be found. Take a seat on the cozy sofa and - especially during the winter months - enjoy a cup of tea by the fireplace. The open dining area is a nice spot for family dinners. Two twin bedrooms with wardrobe and garden views are on the first floor.

If you like outdoor activities, this is the right place. Nearby you can enjoy nature and explore the surroundings by bicycle or walking. A few nice trails are Montdúver trail, Font de Lloret or Senda de Portalet in Marchuquera - just to mention a few. Barx is about 5 km from the villa. It is a genuine village where you can find everything you may need during your stay like supermarkets, restaurants and a tourism office. If the beach is what you're looking for, you'll reach Playa de Gandia in a 15 minutes' drive. This fine grained sand beach with clear waters is at the same time a good choice for shopping, going out for dinner or having a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. Besides, there are children's' playgrounds and lots of leisure activities like water sports. Gandias picturesque old town is famous for the Ducal Palace and for the delicious Mediterranean cuisine.
