This magnificent property is situated close to the sea in Alcanada and can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
This property, nestled between nature and garden areas, features a fantastic, 10 x 5 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 0,6 m - 2 m. For those who like cooking "al fresco", there is a wonderful barbecue. The porch is a lovely place to relax or to have dinner. There's a lawn area with 6 sun loungers.

The 430 m2 house is divided into 3 floors. There are 6 bedrooms, two on the basement with 2 twin beds each, three on the ground floor (1 with 1 double bed and 2 with 2 twin beds each), and one on the first floor with 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath tub. Apart of this bathroom, there are 3 more bathrooms with bathtubs in the house, 2 on the ground floor and one on the basement. Furthermore, we can provide a cot in case you need one.

The sitting-dining room is a nice corner to relax, watch satellite-TV or share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Please keep in mind that the house, due to its structure, has several stairs. Thanks to the central heating, this property is also perfect for your winter holidays. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a vitro hob and there is also 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.

Alcanada, situated in the North of Alcúdia, is known as a quiet urbanisation and famous for its well-kept golf course. Furthermore, the town has a few nice restaurants and a supermarket. where you can buy basic groceries. Alcanada's gravel beach is lovely and mostly visited by local people.

The old town of Alcúdia is 4 km away and is famous for its monuments. Visit the beautiful amphitheatre, the Roman excavations, the old town wall, the church and stroll through the cobbled streets. On Sunday and Tuesday takes place the market and the town turns into a lively place.

The harbour of Alcúdia (Port d'Alcúdia) is quite close. There is a fine grained sand beach, lots of restaurants, cafés, pubs, playgrounds and much more. By car you can explore further lovely beaches, for example Cala de SAnt Pere, Cala de Sant Joan, Platja des Morer Vermell, Platja de Victòria, Es Coll Baix, Puerto de Pollença and Playa Formentor.
