The summer days in this area of Javea invite to spend as many hours as possible outdoors of this wonderful villa. The refreshing pool is waiting for you, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. This is a chlorine pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 1.3 to 2 metres. There are several sun loungers around the pool where you can bask in the sun or simply enjoy a good reading beneath the tree shadow. When it is lunch time, the porch is the perfect place for the family to meet and it is located by the barbecue so you can cook grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house has a casual and confortable style with plenty of light and spacious rooms along two floors. The porch leads to the air-conditioned communal area where living room, dining room and kitchen come all together. You can watch the satellite TV while sitting on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your breakfast at the dining table for 6 people placed just by the kitchen bar. This has the basic equipment to cook during your vacation: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher,... A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also offered. Our guests can choose among three bedrooms to rest. The first one is on the ground floor and it has a double bed, AC, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. There is another bedroom with two twin beds on this floor and it features a wardrobe an AC as well. A shower bathroom completes this floor. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor that accommodates the last bedroom. This has two twin beds, a wardrobe and a fan. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Jávea features a great number of reasons to come and visit the town and its surroundings. The beach is one of its main appeals. The nearest one is that of El Arenal, just 3.5 km away. This is a sandy beach with shallow water perfect for the little ones. In case you want to practice water sports, then you must reach the so called Playa Primer Muntanyar o Benissero, a rocky and pebbled beach only 5.5 km away. Of course, Jávea has other charms like the great natural surroundings where the Parque Natural del Montgó, the Reserva Marina del Cap de Sant Antoni, or the Parque forestal de la Granadella are the top locations. And you cannot leave without enjoying the great gastronomy and taste our appreciated salted fish, the fish stews like the “Suc roig” or “Cruet de peix”, and do not forget the rice and all its recipes like “a banda", "a la Marinera", baked rice, paella with fresh anchovy and spinach, with “fesols i naps”, black rice and risotto with lobster.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
