This country house has stunning exteriors. Imagine yourself reading or sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, around the private chlorine pool, while you delight yourself with a wonderful mountain landscape. The pool has a size of 10 x 5 m and a depth of 1.2 to 2.3 m. Next to it you can have breakfast outdoors, as well as prepare tasty barbecues under the porch. The wooden stove cannot be used. There is an outdoor bathroom with shower. The privacy of the plot is total.

Inside the accommodation, there is a big living room with TV-SAT, open to both the dining room and the kitchen. This last is equipped with gas hob, a dining table with chairs in case you prefer eating here, etc. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms with fan and wardrobe or dressing room. Two of them are on this floor as well as they have double bed and one of these two also features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two dormitories are on the upper floor, with two single beds in each. There are two more bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower and the other upstairs with a bathtub. A cot and a high chair can be provided. The house is equipped with both oil central heating and 5 fans.

The property is located at about 9.8 km from Felanitx village but, although it belongs to it, the nearest towns are L’Alqueria Blanca at 2.5 km or Cas Concos des Cavaller at about 3.2 km. Among all of them, you will find supermarket, bars, restaurants and so on. The nearest beach is Portopetro at 8.5 km, although we recommend you going along the coast and know the paradisiacal coves such as Cala Mondragó, Cala Figuera or Cala Santanyí.

There are two outdoor parking places and two more covered.
