This is a lovely chalet located 100 meters from the beach in Miramar, near Gandia. It has 120 m2 and capacity for 6 people.
This is a lovely chalet located 100 meters from the beach in Miramar, near Gandia. It has 120 m2 and capacity for 6 people.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed - one of them has en suite bathroom – and one bedroom with a trundle bed. All bedrooms have built-in closet, views to the terrace and warm/cold AC. The house has another bathroom with an electric heater.

The living room has a fire place which will perfect for winter evenings. You can also watch TV, listening to music or watch a DVD. There is a table with chairs where you can organize a meal with your friends and family. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. However you can also cook on the BBQ outside!

Outdoors you can also have breakfast in the furnished terrace, swim in the fenced pool for children’s security or sunbathe! There is a parking space available.

The beach of Miramar is clean and quiet and it’s only 100 metres from the house. Nearby there is a playground, where you will love to go with the kids, and the area with shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The city of Gandia is only 5 minutes’ drive; it is a city full of history and activities to do. The area of Oliva Nova is 20 minutes away; there is a golf course, an equestrian centre and you can practice kitesurf, windsurf and other water sports. If you like practice trekking, you can go to Montgo Natural Park, 30 km away.

NOTE: We don’t accept groups of people under 30 years old. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking.
