This beautiful house with a swimming pool and amazing views to the village, the forest and the mountains, welcomes 4-5 guests.
Welcome to this lovely house with a fantastic 10x4m swimming pool, a depth range up to 1.70m and an external shower, perfect for a quick refresh.

All surrounded by a nice grass area and a terrace, where you will make the most of the good weather sunbathing at one of the hammocks. At the furnished porch or the terrace, you can prepare a delicious barbecue with your loved ones. There are neighbours but the plot is all fenced.

The property, carefully decorated with a mediterranean style, disposes of three floors.At the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living-room with satellite TV and the equipped kitchen with vitro hub, where you can prepare your favourite dishes. There is an independent equipped laundry area just beside, with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an iron board.The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed as well as bath en suite with hydromassage bathtub and shower and the second has a single bed and an study and/or working area.

One independent bathroom with bathtub complete this floor. The third floor disposes of another bedroom with a single bed. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe. A fifth person is coming? Don't worry, we can provide you a single folding bed. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The property has central heating.

The surroundings are wonderful, as the house is located at a quiet residential area, from where you can enjoy the gorgeous views and only 5km distance from playa de la Oliva beach, ideal to go for long walks at the seaside and try some delicious tapas or typical dishes at one of the terraces. Visit the traditional market at Oliva village, which takes place every Thursday, the old town or the Moorish area and its traditional celebrations. A must visit at only 7-12 km distance are Parque Natural de Marjal and la Font Salada, a lovely natural spring where you can have a bath. For the golf lovers, go to Golf Oliva Nova and play!
