The outdoor areas are fabulous. There is a barbecue and a porch equipped with a table and chairs. You can cool off in the pool, with a diameter of 11 m and a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.8 m. Relax on any of the 8 deck-chairs by the pool while the kids play in the garden, with 200 m2 of lawn. From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the countryside and the mountains. There is a playground area with swings suitable for children.

This modern and luxurious house of 239 m2, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: one twin (with an en-suite bathroom with hot tub) and two doubles on the ground floor and one double on the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot is available on request. There is a bathroom with shower and a toilet on the ground floor that serve the entire house. The house is equipped with underfloor heating perfect for the winter.
The large living-dining room and the open-plan kitchen share the same space. It is equipped with air conditioning, a sofa and three comfortable armchairs to enjoy reading a good book, watching a DVD movie or satellite TV. The dining space has a dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped, with a glass-ceramic hob. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Just a 20-minute drive, you will reach Platja de Muro, a very long beach of fine sand with shallow crystal clear waters. This is a natural area, with no hotels, but with other residential areas where you can find restaurants, bars and public toilets near the beach. Spend a day at the beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach Sa Pobla, a town with all possible amenities such as big supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
