0.12 kmWelcome to this charming villa in Cala de Sant Vicenç for up to 8 people.
The exteriors are lovely. You can cool off in the chlorinated 8 x 4 m pool (with 1.6 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.9 m at deep end). There is a small garden, a terrace with deck-chairs, and a small fully-furnished porch of 14 m2 where you can spend great evenings with family and friends.
This two-storey house of 200 m2 has four bedrooms: one double-bedded on ground floor, with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath; and three twin-bedded on the first floor (two with an en-suite bathroom each, one with shower and one with a bath and the other one with a wardrobe). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot is available if needed. Apart from the en-suite bathrooms, there is also a toilet on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very charming and includes two sofas, satellite TV, a fireplace, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The separate kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob and all utensils you need to cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Cala Sant Vicenç, formed by sandy coves with crystal clear waters such as Cala Molins, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara, has a small supermarket, some souvenir shops and restaurants overlooking the sea.
Pollença and Port de Pollença are just a 10-minute drive. Both of towns offer a wide range of great cuisine and leisure activities. Pollença is one of the most beautiful villages on the island with its cultural monuments, its streets and its environment. You can attend classical music concerts, and art exhibitions; or go to restaurants, bars, and local craft shops. Some of the important places of interest in Pollença are the Roman bridge and the Calvary, of special interest for its long staircase leading up the hill of Calvary, consisting of 365 steps from where you can see a great view of Pollença and the bay.
Port de Pollença is a charming place, with a port where to find a wide variety of yachts, boats and fishing boats. You can walk around its promenade and enjoy all the different shops and restaurants. If you are adventurous, you can go diving, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking, horseback riding, or play tennis, golf, etc. As for markets, they are held every Wednesday in Port de Pollença and every Sunday in Pollença.
