Located in Bunyola, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, this stunning villa with private pool will become the second home of 10 guests.
The outdoor areas of the property are ideal for enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. On the extensive terrace you will find a private chlorine pool with dimensions of 8.5 m x 4.5 m and a depth range of between 1.8 m and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while reading a good book or contemplating the breathtaking views of the Serra de Tramuntana, as well as an area with several tables where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to the location of the house in the village, there are neighbours nearby.

The bright interior of the two-storey house, decorated with exquisite taste and serene tones, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room equipped with AC and satellite TV that will be ideal for long evenings. There is also a dining area with long tables and large windows with views to the outside, as well as an independent kitchen with gas hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor you will also find a toilet. A staircase leads to the five bedrooms, all with two single beds, AC, access to a private terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The accommodation is located in Bunyola, a picturesque village very close to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which also has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. From there you can start numerous hiking routes through the mountains. In addition, other charming villages such as Sóller, Fornalutx and Valldemossa are within easy reach. Palma, the island's capital, is less than 30 minutes away by car. We encourage you to enjoy its gastronomic and cultural offer, to visit emblematic buildings such as the cathedral or the Bellver castle and to stroll through its magical historic centre.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
