Welcome to this lovely and quiet villa with private pool, very close to Cala Millor and with a capacity for 8 people.
The 11m x 5m chlorine pool is embedded in the beautiful landscape with different trees. The depth of the pool is between 0.8m and 2.5m. After a morning swim you can charge your batteries with a large breakfast on the shady terrace or enjoy a lazy morning basking in the sun. The spacious plot comprises many nice corners to have a glass of wine with your loved ones, play with your children in the garden or have a tasty barbecue in the evening. The first plot has a balcony with stunning sea views. This finca is fenced and there are a few neighbours around.
A round arch door gives access to a small hall and leads to the cosy living-dining room with satellite-TV and DVD-player. There's a fully-equipped kitchen, providing a vitro hob and everything else you may need for cooking up a feast. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Four nice bedrooms with wardrobe and a double bed- makes this house ideal for eight guests. We can supply one cot and one high chair if needed. During the winter, you won't get cold feet thanks to the central heating. Two bedrooms provide a bath en-suite with bathtub. A third bathroom is separate and has a shower and a bathtub. There's A/C in the living-dining area and in all bedrooms.
