Dem Ferienhaus kann man in allen Punkten (Ausstattung, Lage, Zustand, Sauberkeit) eine Bestnote vergeben. Wir haben sehr schöne und ruhige 14 Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, wobei man das über ganz Búger sagen kann. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, es ist alles in einwandfreien Zustand vorhanden. Der Garten, also das ganze Grundstück, ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool rundet die Sache perfekt ab. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns zu jeder Zeit hilfreich beiseite standen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen und Süßigkeiten für unsere Tochter. Vielen Dank für Alles, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

This is a little villa located in between the village of Búger and the countryside. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a fantastic holiday!
It is a one-storey house of 110 m2 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower– perfect for 4 people. There is a room with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have A/C.
The villa is functional and welcoming. It is a perfect choice for people who look for relax. In the living room there are sofas where you can relax watching satellite TV, fireplace, a DVD or surfing the Internet (WIFI). The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. You will be able to park the car close by the house.
The outdoors is beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The private pool measures 7 x 4 meters and it is 1 to 1.8 meters deep and it is surrounded by 4 sun beds. The house is surrounded by terraces with views to the countryside and it has some neighbours. The lawn area is equipped for the children to play football. In the garden there is a chill-out area where you can rest and relax. There are 3 different areas with table and chairs.
The house is only 200 meters from the closest village, Búger, and 5 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.
Important: During November to April, a neighbour will live on the first floor. During the rest of the year, the first floor of the house is uninhabited and locked.
