After a long beach day, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the amazing chlorine pool which sizes 23 x 3.5 metres and with a depth between 0.5 and 2 metres. At one pool side you can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or read a book under the parasol. At the other side, the little ones can play at the spacious green area. The exterior shower is perfect to wash off the sand and salt before diving into the pool. The furnished porch is by the house, and it is the ideal place for breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors, admiring the countryside quietness. You can also enjoy delicious barbecues. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The great newly built two-storey house features 300 m2 characterised by a modern style complemented by traditional Majorcan architecture elements like the stoned walls. So, when you enter the living room you will find a modern and elegant furniture which will make you feel at home. The huge and comfortable couch is perfect to rest and disconnect after a excursion in the island, watching the satellite TV (only German channels), or listening to a CD. It also offers a wood stove to warm up on the coldest nights. The living room shares the space with the also modern and elegant kitchen. It is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and an oven among others. It also presents a bar with stools to interact with your loved ones while cooking. You can also find an independent laundry area in the house, with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. A foldaway bed is available for a 7th guest if necessary.

The house counts with three bedrooms in order to rest. The three of them are on the ground floor and have access to the terrace and pool views. The first one offers a double bed, a fan and a closet. The second bedroom counts with twin beds , a fan and a closet. And the last bedroom features a double bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another bathroom with a shower and a bathtub in the house, as well as a toilet with a basin and WC. We can provide with a cot and a high chair under request in case you are travelling with a baby.

On the first floor of this great house you will find another living area where you can relax while admiring the views on the comfortable sofa or admire the starry sky while lying on one of the comfortable sunbeds of the first floor terrace.

This house is located at the outskirts of Porreras, a beautiful village in the interior of Majorca, where you can join the locals and enjoy their customs. You will find all basic services for an independent stay in the village: supermarkets, restaurants, bars,... The property location is ideal for cycling lovers since it is placed near some cycling routes. From Porreras you can also visit other beautiful villages like Vilafranca or visit the Monte -Sion monastery. The nearest beach is Sa Ràpita, 21.7 km away, and the paradisaical beach of Es Trench is not far away the first one.
