The beautiful exteriors include a large lawn area that surrounds the private chlorine pool, 11 x 4 m and 0.5 to 1.6 m depth. Next to it, there are 6 sun loungers as well as a furnished pergola for your relaxing moments. Various porches and a terrace invite you to relax apart from tasting your best barbecues. In terms of entertainment, children have also their corner at the children’s playground and hut and the adults on the -1 floor, due to the fact it is equipped with a gym, shower bathroom, table tennis, billiard and trampoline.

The house is comprised in an only ground floor. It welcomes you a big kitchen-living-dining room, where to watch the television with a Smart TV or simply cooking on the ceramic hob. The laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Likewise, there are three bedrooms with wardrobe, two of them featuring two single beds while the third dormitory has a double bed. Moreover, the accommodation has two bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bathtub. There is also availability for a cot, a high chair, 4 fans as well as the house being equipped with oil central heating.

The beautiful Sant Llorenç des Cardassar village is located at only 1.3 km from the country house, thus tranquility and the ease of all the necessary services such as bars, supermarket, restaurants, etc. will be at your hand. The beach is also really near, being the closest one Sa Coma at 14.7 km. Pula Golf is situated 12.1 km away from the property too.

The chimney of the living room cannot be used.
