This fantastic house is located between the mountains at Fornalutx outskirts, disposes of a private swimming pool and welcomes 5 guests.
Welcome to this beautiful house with a chlorine 5m x 3m pool with a depth of 1.50m, a beautiful place to relax and sunbathe while enjoying the lovely landscape. There is a porch beside, made of Majorcan vault and canes, ideal to prepare delicious barbecues or pizzas at the wood heater. The house is fenced so it disposes of all the privacy you need.

The 90m2 property is divided at only one floor. It has a comfortable dining room with a satellite TV and a wood heater and a gas kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, and open to the dining room, so is ideal to cook with the company of your loved ones. The house disposes of two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the second one a single bed and a bunk bed. Both of them have a wardrobe. You will find a bathroom with a shower and a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The house counts with a wood pellet heating system for the winter.

If you are a nature and outdoors sports lover, coming to Fornalutx, located between the mountains will be ideal!! The place takes part of la Sierra de Tramuntana, very famous due to its rock and crystalized water beaches, like Sa Calobra or Cala Tuent. If you preffer a sand beach, we highly recommend Puerto de Sóller beach, where you will also find a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and handmade products shops. If you come over in the winter, you might be lucky enough to see the wonderful Cúber or Gorg Blau reservoirs, full of snow.
