The exterior area is great to relax on the sunloungers by the chlorine private pool. It sizes 5 x 4 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.5 metres. The different terraces are perfect to enjoy an energising breakfast and delicious mails alfresco, reveling in the peace of the area. There's a gas BBQ for cooking lovers.

The living - dining room is airy and it features AC, 2 sofas, 1 coffee table and the satellite TV. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and chairs. The kitchen, in the same room, has a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. There are 3 bedrooms with a closet each on this same floor. Two of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There's a shower bathroom on this floor. On the inferior level you'll find a second kitchen, with a gas cooktop and a table with chairs. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Finally, you'll find 3 fans available.

Son Serra de Marina is a peaceful coastal town with just one grocery shop and a restaurant, so the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The coast is rocky in the area but at the end you'll find the sandy beach, backed by the beautiful dunes and paths. It's located about 500 metres from the house. You'll find more services in Can Picafort, about a 10 minute drive away.
