Welcome to this beautiful modern villa in San Agustin, a neighborhood of Palma, with capacity for 8 people.
The external area is very nice.You can find there a 8 x 2.5 m saltwater pool with depth ranging from 1 to 1.4 m, 8 sunbeds, one table with chairs, etc. The beautiful, fully furnished terrace and gardened areas give charm to the house. On the 1st floor there are two balconies, one overlooking the pool, and the other one overlooking a small oriental garden.

The house of 220 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, each with a double bed and en suite bathroom with the shower; and 2 in the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), each with en suite bathroom with the shower. One crib and a highchair are available on request.
The area of living room and the kitchen is very modern and bright; with one sofa, table, two wicker chairs and TV-Sat. The dining area is equipped with a table and chairs and in the kitchen with vitro you will find all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also washing machine, iron and ironing board. All rooms in the house have air conditioning.

Palma is a beautiful and friendly city, with all kinds of local and international commerces. The shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the different malls, and plenty of shops. There is variety of entertainment both night and day. During the day you can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city or walk along the promenade, visit "La Seu" (most important Cathedral of Palma) with magnificent sea views, visit different museums or art galleries, castle "Castillo de Bellver", etc. At night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc.

By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby villages as Esporles or Valldemossa. Next to the city there are different waterparks as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you can not miss also a visit to Palma Aquarium.
