The 2-storey house features a contemporary classic style that will allow you to rest comfortably on your vacation. On the ground floor you will find the living room with Smart TV and AC, the kitchen with ceramic hob, a bathroom with shower and 4 bedrooms, three of them with a double bed -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower and AC- and another with a double bed and a single bed and AC. From the living room you have access to the glazed porch with wonderful views. A 1.30 m diameter spiral staircase leads to the first floor. Here you have another 4 bedrooms with AC, 1 with 2 twin beds, 2 with a double bed each and the last with 3 single beds. A toilet completes this floor. In the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The location of the villa is ideal for those who want to disconnect and rest in a quiet urbanisation being near the magnificent Gandía beach and with all services a few minutes away by car in Gandía town. The magnificent beach is perfect for families and water sports. If you wish, you can spend a different day practicing golf at the nearby club of Oliva Nova.
