Rustic styled villa with private pool and garden in Crestatx, Majorca North, a 15 minutes' drive from the beach. There's space for 4 guests.
The exterior of the house is a true oasis of tranquility. The 12 x 4 meter pool, with a depth of 1.25 to 2.12 meters, is complemented by an outdoor shower for added convenience. The private garden has ample spaces for games, reading, or simply relaxing in the sun. A wrap-around terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor meals, while the built-in barbecue offers the option of organizing pleasant cookouts. The combination of pool, garden, and terrace ensures hours of entertainment and relaxation under the warm Mallorcan climate.
Inside, the house stands out for its functional and cozy design. The living room with a fireplace and satellite TV is located next to the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with the rest of the family or friends. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 1 single bed each, and two full bathrooms with a bathtub, all designed for comfortable and practical accommodation. The air conditioning in the living room guarantees coolness during the warmest days. Additionally, there is a cot and high chair and a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Wir hatten viel Spaß und eine schöne Zeit, Der Pool ist eine wunderbare Sache und das kleine waschhaus neben an ist auch sehr praktisch, es gibt ein Grill, Geschirrspüler & 2 Toiletten mit jeweils Duschwanne. Gegenüber war eine Baustelle und ein einsamer Hund der ständig gewinselt hat, Salz Pfeffer Gewürze und reiniger waren leider nicht zu finden. Würde es trotzdem wieder buchen!
We had a lot of fun and a nice time, the pool is a wonderful thing and the small washhouse next to it is also very practical, there is a grill, dishwasher & 2 toilets, each with a shower tray. Opposite was a construction site and a lonely dog that kept whining. Unfortunately, salt, pepper, spices and cleaners were nowhere to be found. Would still book it again!

Très bel extérieur, très calme et agréable. Le logement et les chambres sont confortables malgré un mobilier rustique. Par contre, le logement manque cruellement d’équipements de base. Hormis quelques rouleaux de papier toilette, pas de sacs poubelle de rechange, d’éponges ou de liquide vaisselle, ni d’épicerie de base comme du sel et du poivre.
Very beautiful exterior, very calm and pleasant. The accommodation and rooms are comfortable despite rustic furniture. On the other hand, housing is seriously lacking in basic amenities. Aside from a few rolls of toilet paper, no spare trash bags, sponges or dishwashing liquid, or basic groceries like salt and pepper.

No hay toallas para los pies, no había prácticamente nada de instrumental de cocina... Son pequeños detalles que no cuestan nada pero que empeoran la casa.
The house was very clean and well-kept, the location and the tranquility of the area There was no type of cleaning product, not even a scouring pad with which to wash the dishes or a cloth to clean the table. There are no towels for the feet, there were practically no kitchen instruments... These are small details that cost nothing but make the house worse.

Sehr schöner und großer Pool in einem wirklich schönen Garten, große schattige Außenterrasse. Das Haus an sich ist jedoch dreigeteilt - also drei Wohneinheiten in einem Gebäude - und man bekommt die Nachbarn schon mit. Küche ist ebenfalls gut, 2 Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche.Die Ausstattung ist leider sehr wenig vorhanden, selbst Klopapier und Handseife muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Wenn man erst spät abends ankommt und nicht mehr einkaufen kann, hat man auch erst mal nichts da.
Very nice and large pool in a really nice garden, large shaded outdoor terrace. However, the house itself is divided into three parts - three residential units in one building - and you can see the neighbors. Kitchen is also good, 2 bathrooms each with shower. Unfortunately there is very little equipment available; you even have to bring your own toilet paper and hand soap. If you arrive late in the evening and can't go shopping anymore, you won't have anything there.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. De buitenruimte is spectaculair met een grote tuin en fantastisch zwembad. De auto parkeer je gewoon voor de deur. De binnenruimte is ook goed, al waren wij wel blij dat wij van tevoren bij de andere recensies hadden gelezen dat de basics (zoals peper, zout, vuilniszakken, afwasspullen etc.) eerst zelf moet kopen. Wij hebben hier dus gelijk op in kunnen spelen. De ruimtes zijn schoon en hebben in principe alles wat je nodig hebt. Zij waren voor ons vergeten een kinderstoel neer te zitten, maar na een kort berichtje naar Homerti stond de stoel de volgende ochtend voor de deur. Heel fijn! De matrassen zijn wel erg hard, dus daar moet je rug wel tegen kunnen ;-). Prachtige stranden en mooie stadjes allemaal op rij-afstand vanaf het huis. Wij raden dit verblijf dan ook zeker aan!
We had a wonderful stay in this house. The outdoor area is spectacular with a large garden and fantastic swimming pool. You simply park your car in front of the door. The interior space is also good, although we were happy that we had read in advance in other reviews that you have to buy the basics (such as pepper, salt, garbage bags, washing up utensils, etc.) yourself first. So we were able to respond to this immediately. The spaces are clean and basically have everything you need. They had forgotten to provide us with a high chair, but after a short message to Homerti the chair was at the door the next morning. Very nice! The mattresses are very hard, so your back should be able to withstand that ;-). Beautiful beaches and pretty towns all within driving distance from the house. We definitely recommend this stay!

Alles in allem eine Gute Unterkunft mit Pool und Garten, ausgelegt für gutes Wetter. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort zum abschalten und genießen. Großer schöner Pool mit einem idyllischen Garten. Sehr schnelle Antworten und Feedback auf die Fragen. Unkomplizierter Check- in und out. Sehr gut gelegen. Man kommt in jede Ecke der Insel in ca 35 min. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum entdecken der Insel. Gerne wieder!
All in all a good accommodation with pool and garden, designed for good weather. The children had a lot of fun. A very quiet place to switch off and enjoy. Large beautiful pool with an idyllic garden. Very quick answers and feedback to the questions. Uncomplicated check-in and out. Very well located. You can get to every corner of the island in about 35 minutes. A good starting point for discovering the island. Gladly again!

Fantastisch huis! Schoon, mooie tuin en prachtig zwembad. De tuin is zeer privé! De bedden zijn wat hard en er mistte wel e.e.a. wat wij in andere Airbnb huizen wel treffen. Zoals zout, peper, suiker, olie, meer dan 1 vuilniszak en 1 toiletrol, vaatdoekjes, een afwasborstel, etc. Dit hebben we allemaal daar moeten kopen, want zoiets neem je niet mee in het vliegtuig! Maar ondanks dat... een prachtig verblijf!
Fantastic house! Clean, beautiful garden and beautiful pool. The garden is very private! The beds are a bit hard and there were some things missing that we find in other Airbnb houses. Such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, more than 1 garbage bag and 1 toilet roll, dishcloths, a washing-up brush, etc. We had to buy all this there, because you don't take something like that with you on the plane! But despite that... a wonderful stay!

Insgesamt haben wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns sehr schöne Tage verbracht und wir würden auch wiederkommen. Deswegen sind 5 Sterne als Gesamtbewertung auch angebracht. Das Highlight sind die grandiosen Außenanlagen und der 12 m - Pool, in der Größe wirklich etwas Besonderes. Doch im Einzelnen: Sauberkeit des Objekts Absolut gegeben. Bei mehrwöchigem Aufenthalt Zwischenreinigung und Wäschewechsel - sehr gut. Check-in-Vorgang Eigentlich ok, insgesamt im Vergleich mit anderen Urlauben aber irgendwie etwas umständlich (vorher schon Online, dann nochmal am Flughafen (Suche der Agentur), Objektkoordinaten dann per sms,...). Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats Weitestgehend sehr passend. Eine Sache: es ist keine freistehende Finca. sondern ein Gebäude mit drei Einheiten, die zwei anderen auf der Rückseite (weshalb es natürlich auch nicht 100% ruhig ist, wie bei alleinstehenden Häusern mit 3000 qm - es ist aber trotzdem natürlich eine ruhige Wohngegend). Hätte aber durchaus dabeistehen dürfen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur Persönlich (Telefon und persönliche Mails): top, jederzeit schnell, freundlich und kompetent Automatisierte Mails mit Zahlungsaufforderungen: müssten mal dringend überarbeitet werden, keine "Kunden"-kommunikation ("Sollten Sie die Kaution und Ökosteuer nicht fristgerecht bezahlen, kann Ihre Buchung ohne Rückerstattungsrecht storniert werden." in diesem Stil bei jeder Teilzahlung, nur als Beispiel). Lage und Umgebung Gut. Ruhige (s.o.) Wohngegend, keine Partys, kein Ballermann. 15-20 Min zum Meer sind ok. Sehr gut: in der Nähe eine kaum befahrene, ebene Laufstrecke entlang der Autobahn (1 Runde = 10 km), eher selten zu finden. Was gibt's sonst noch zu berichten Wie schon von anderen geschrieben könnte die Küchenausstattung etwas überarbeitet werden. Spülmaschine funktioniert bedingt, Besteck und Gläser könnten bei Vollbelegung etwas mehr und besser sortiert sein Dolores und Gabriel kümmern sich vor Ort um die Finca und sind super, sehr freundlich, immer und sofort hilfsbereit. Hierfür an dieser Stelle vielen Dank!
Overall, we (4 adults and 1 child) felt very comfortable and had a very nice day and we would come back. That's why 5 stars is appropriate as an overall rating. The highlight are the magnificent outdoor facilities and the 12 m pool, which is really something special in size. But in detail: Cleanliness of the property Absolutely given. If you are staying for several weeks, intermediate cleaning and linen change - very good. Check-in process Actually ok, overall compared to other holidays it's a bit complicated (online beforehand, then again at the airport (agency search), property coordinates then via SMS,...). Accuracy of the online advertisement Mostly very appropriate. One thing: it is not a detached finca. but a building with three units, the other two at the back (which is of course why it is not 100% quiet, as with detached houses with 3000 sqm - but it is still of course a quiet residential area). But it definitely should have been there. Communication with the agency Personal (telephone and personal emails): top, always quick, friendly and competent Automated emails with payment requests: urgently need to be revised, no "customer" communication ("If you do not pay the deposit and eco-tax on time, your booking can be canceled without the right to a refund." in this style for every partial payment, just as an example). Location and surroundings Good. Quiet (see above) residential area, no parties, no baller. 15-20 minutes to the sea are ok. Very good: nearby there is a barely used, flat running route along the motorway (1 lap = 10 km), rarely found. What else is there to report? As others have already written, the kitchen equipment could be revised a bit. Dishwasher works to a limited extent, cutlery and glasses could be a little more and better sorted when fully occupied Dolores and Gabriel take care of the finca on site and are great, very friendly, always and immediately helpful. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war absolut professionell, die Wegbeschreibung, alles super. Die Finca wie beschr. nichts beschönigt, ruh. Wohngebiet, man kann super ausschlafen, Auto ist notw. Die Bäder mediterran, aber ok. WZ mit Esstisch, gr. Ledercouch, Kamin und Flachbild TV mit den wichtigsten dt. Progr. Küche wie beschr., absolut ausr. Sehr großer gepfl. Garten, gr., schöner und gereinigter Pool, Grillplatz und zwei Mögl. draußen zu essen. Lage genial, nach Alcudia/Pollenca/Inca 15 min, nach Palma/Valldemossa 35 min, nach Manacor/Cala Ratjada ca. 50–60 min–alles mit dem Auto. Supermärkte-5 min. (Sa Pobla-Eroski) sonst in allen gr. Städten (Mercadona etc.) Fazit: wer urspr. Inselfeeling, Ruhe und eine angen. Unterkunft sucht, ist hier richtig-von uns gibt es 4,5 Sterne.
The contact with the agency was absolutely professional, the directions, everything was great. The finca as described. nothing glossed over, peace and quiet. Residential area, you can sleep in really well, car is necessary. The bathrooms are Mediterranean, but ok. Living room with dining table, large leather couch, fireplace and flat screen TV with the most important German programs. Kitchen as described, absolutely equipped. Very large, well-kept garden, large, beautiful and cleaned pool, barbecue area and two possible. to eat outside. Great location, 15 minutes to Alcudia/Pollenca/Inca, 35 minutes to Palma/Valldemossa, about 50-60 minutes to Manacor/Cala Ratjada - all by car. Supermarkets - 5 min. (Sa Pobla-Eroski) otherwise in all large cities (Mercadona etc.) Conclusion: if you are looking for that original island feeling, peace and quiet and pleasant accommodation, you have come to the right place - we give it 4.5 stars.

Wir können diese Finca nur weiterempfehlen, traumhaft ruhig gelegen und dennoch gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein, es fehlen verschiedene Gläser in ausreichender Menge. Auch das Besteck war etwas dürftig, aber nach einem Hinweis wurde es ergänzt. Die Aussenanlage ist gepflegt und sauber, wir wurden perfekt betreut . Wir würden diese Finca wieder anmieten !!!
We can only recommend this finca, it is in a fantastically quiet location and yet easy to reach. The kitchen equipment could be a little more extensive, there are not enough different glasses. The cutlery was also a bit poor, but after a tip it was supplemented. The outdoor area is well maintained and clean, we were looked after perfectly. We would rent this finca again!!!

Wir waren zu fünft mit Kleinkind in diesem Ferienhaus. Sowohl die Buchung als auch offene Fragen vor Ort wurden schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Auf Anfrage wurden Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett sofort bereitgestellt. Die Außenanlage und das Haus selbst sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren begeistert vom Pool und der riesigen Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer und die Küche könnten etwas größer sein. Geschirr (Gläser + Besteck) war zu wenig für 5 Personen. Leider funktioniert nur eine von zwei Klimaanlagen. Dadurch war es nachts ziemlich heiß. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Entspannung. Sehr ruhig. Aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell in größere Städte und zum Supermarkt. Wir können diese Finca absolut empfehlen. Wir alle sind tiefenentspannt aus dem Urlaub zurückgekommen.
There were five of us with a small child in this holiday home. Both the booking and any open questions on site were answered as quickly as possible. Upon request, a high chair and cot were immediately provided. The grounds and the house itself are very well maintained and clean. We loved the pool and the huge terrace. The bedrooms and kitchen could be a little larger. Dishes (glasses + cutlery) were not enough for 5 people. Unfortunately, only one of two air conditioners works. This meant it was quite hot at night. The location is perfect for relaxation. Very quiet. But by car you can quickly get to larger cities and the supermarket. We can absolutely recommend this finca. We all came back from our vacation deeply relaxed.

Die Bewertung von 10 Punkten sollte eigentlich alles aussagen: 1. unkomplizierter Check in/out 2. Top-Finca (Sauberkeit der Finca, des Pools und der Anlage an sich ) in schöner und ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Tramuntana Gebirges . Alles in Allem war es eine super schöne Woche in Crestatx. Gerne wieder!
