Fantastic country house with private pool welcomes 6 people in Pollensa.
Take a refreshing dip in the chlorine pool, measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.85 m. You can sunbathe on one of the loungers or read a book under the parasol while the little ones play in the pool. You can also enjoy an aperitif at the table set up next to the pool. The house also has a spacious and well-kept garden, full of charming corners where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Next to the house, the large porch with a ping-pong table, dartboard and pétanque area invites you to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors. There is also a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs where you can enjoy your coffee after lunch. You will also find the barbecue area, perfect for preparing delicious grilled meat and vegetables. In addition, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower, ideal for freshening up comfortably after a swim in the pool or a day in the sun. The property is fenced and offers total privacy.

The interior is arranged over two floors and has a very cozy and practical style, with all the comforts needed to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Upon entering, you will find the living-dining room, with a rustic country-style atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. You can watch the Smart TV with satellite channels or enjoy a film on the DVD player. The gas kitchen has all the utensils needed to prepare your favourite dishes. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, low-energy radiators and air conditioning. One has two single beds, the second has a double bed, and the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. A full bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. Finally, the house has a laundry room adapted for bicycles, where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is heating in all rooms.

The house is located in Pollença, a beautiful village with agreat history. You can get lost through its streets, visit "El Calvario" and melt with locals at the village square, as well as taste the local cuisine at one of its great restaurants. Puerto de Pollensa is the nearest beach, with fine sand and crystalline waters, but you can also visit the nearby Cala Sant Vicent. It is also a ideal place for hikers and cycling lovers. I you like golf, there is a course very near, only 4 km away.
