Wonderful village house with a great garden and private pool, located in a residential area of Xàbia, for 8-9 guests to enjoy a nice vacation.
The garden of the house is wonderful; the green lawn, the chlorine pool and the front of the house full of flowers will capture you. Any moment outdoors will be great. Can you imagine having breakfast or lying down on the porch sofa while the little ones play at the pool or through the lawn?. By the 10 x 5 metres pool with a 1.20 to 2.20 metres depth, there are 4 sun loungers, a barbecue and an arbour to have dinner outdoors enjoying the nice temperature at night.

When you get in, you find the huge living-dining room with an incomparable decoration where you can sit on the sofa to watch TV and read some of the books available at the house. The kitchen, with views and exit to the garden has a gas and ceramic top, oven, microwave and a table to enjoy a vermouth maybe. The laundry room is independent ant it is equipped with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe each, two bathrooms and a toilet. In this ground floor there is a double bed bedroom with a balcony and an en-suite shower bathroom, and a toilet. Going downstairs you find another shower bathroom with bidet and the rest of the bedrooms. One has a double bed and a single bed, a cot a high chair and even a fireplace. The other two bedrooms count with two single beds each. Two of these bedrooms have exit to the garden. Air-conditioning with heat pump is available for a perfect stay.

Located in a quiet residential area near Xàbia, which is 2 km away, this property is ideal for lovers of the beach since El Arenal beach is only 2.2 away as well as the rest of the coast full of beaches and coves, cliffs, caves, little islands ans cabes. There are different hiking routes in the area and some privileged view points like Punta del Castell or Creu del Portitxol. Those who like golf can visit Club de Golf Xàbea only 5 km away. We recommend you to visit the town centre and its market where you will find all kinds f¡of local products.
