This is a modern and luxurious chalet of 200 in Cala Mesquida, a residential area in of Capdepera, which is just 600 meters from the beach. The plot is 900 and it has swimming pool, outdoor shower, WIFI, gasoil central heating and air conditioning.

You enter the house through the swimming pool terrace. On the ground floor you will find a big living room with fireplace, porch, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry room. On the living room you can enjoy your free time surfing the Internet, watching satellite TV or having lovely dinners with family and friends on the dining area with space for 8 people.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite with bathtub and the other one with shower). The main room has double bed. There is one room with two single beds and another room with three single beds. All rooms have closet, air conditioning and big windows with views to the garden.

The house was built in 2006 and it is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. The pool is 6x3 meters and 1.85 meters deep. Outside the house there is a porch with a table and 8 chairs, a perfect place to enjoy family summer dinners while the children have a refreshing time at the pool. You can enjoy the Mediterranean sun in one of the 6 sun beds in the garden!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, blender, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space to park two cars outside and one space in the garage.

Cala Mesquida is a perfect place to practice hiking, Nordic walking, horse riding, cycling or fishing. Nearby there is the Llevant Natural Park, a beautiful place for bird watching and play with the sand.
