This fantastic house with private pool and capacity for 6 people is located in the residential urbanisation of Los Molinos de Benitatxell
Located among the mountains, this house offers everything you can need for a peaceful and funny vacation. The outside area is marvellous not only for adults but also for children. The little ones can dive in the pool while you sunbathe on one of the 5 sun loungers by them. The oval-shaped chlorine pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.10 to 1.20 metres. The porch features french windows with a beautiful panoramic of the mountains that you can admire while having lunch or dinner all together. When night falls, the mountains get full with lights, the perfect scenery for a cup of wine. the property is fenced.

When you enter, you will find the dining room on the left, with a glass table for 6 people and direct access to the garden. After a great arch you will find the living room, with comfortable sofas to come together and chat enjoying the views. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, and direct access to the porch, so you can taste your delicious recipes outdoors in just two steps. There are 3 bedrooms with a wardrobe each, one with a double bed, place for a cot and a high chair , and two with two twin beds , both with an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a third bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub and a toilet for the whole house. Climate control is perfect since all bedrooms are air-conditioned and heated with central heating.

The beaches of Benitatxell, like Cala Moraig, Cala Llebeig or the naturist Cala Testos can be found between cliffs that invite to have a long relaxing day. The last two beaches can be accessed through paths or the sea, so they are perfect for hikers. We also recommend you to visit the route of Penya-Segats or the ancient fishermen caves as well as la Cova dels Arcs, a charming place product of the action of the sea on the rock. The entrance to the subterranean river of Moraig, th so called Riu Blanc for specialised divers, is very near. Definitely, the perfect destiny for adventure and nature lovers.
