The furnished porch and dedicated barbecue area create the perfect atmosphere for enjoying open-air dinners as the evening draws in. Located in a residential area, the property offers a serene setting to disconnect and fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate of southeastern Spain.

Inside, the entire property is arranged on a single floor for ultimate convenience, boasting modern and cosy decoration. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you'll need for holiday cooking. The house features four comfortable bedrooms—all with air conditioning and wardrobes: two with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a trundle bed.
