The garden, outdoor grill and pool area was amazing. The house is definitely big enough for 8 people, although it could use some fresh air. We were disappointed to find no soap, toilet paper nor coffee, ect in the villa. Some basic supplies for those coming late at night would have been helpful.

Magnificent house with pool in Puerto de Pollença with all the amenities for 8 guests to enjoy a pleasant holiday.
Pretty natural stone paths lead you through the garden and to the pool terrace, where sun loungers invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Refresh yourself in the 9 x 4.5m large freshwater pool with a water depth of 0.60 - 1.90m. The pool is cleaned with chlorine. Next to the pool is the furnished porch with BBQ, the perfect place for dining outdoors and long barbecues with friends and family. More seating areas in the garden and on the terraces form small retreat islands. There is lawn in front of the house is where the children can play and run. Natural garden with trees and Mediterranean plants completes the outdoor area. This is a town house and there are next door neighbours.
All rooms are located on the ground floor. From the poolside terrace you enter a bright, air-conditioned living area with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, perfect for reading or sitting together. The adjoining living - dining area is comfortably furnished. In the separate kitchen, with ceramic hob, all important appliances and utensils, there is a second dining table for 6 persons. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are in the laundry room. There are four bedrooms, with wardrobe and air conditioning, to rest comfortably. Two of them have two single beds and another two have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A third bathroom with a bathtub also serves the whole house. If you need us to provide a crib and a highchair for a baby, you just need to let us know.
The beautiful finca is only 1.3km, 10 minutes walk, from the fantastic beach in Puerto de Pollença. Also recommended are the beaches of Formentor, beautiful with a lot of history, or Cala Sant Vicenç for those who prefer a family atmosphere. Puerto de Pollença is a varied holiday destination with lots of walking and cycling routes. Those who are interested in culture will enjoy a visit to the old town of Pollença with its "Calvario" and a trip to the Formentor viewpoint will be fun for the whole family.

4 guests reviewed this property. We had a great stay at this villa - and especially the outdoor facilities are beautiful and very well-kept. We spend most of our time at the pool area and the outdoor kitchen - all evenings were enjoyed at the refectory table :)
See more We had a fantastic stay. The villa is very spacious and the garden, pool and barbecue area are amazing. Location is fantastic - with just a 15 minute walk into Puerto Pollenca. Only a few issues - wifi didn't work. The showers are not great and the water ran cold. Some of the kitchen equipment could do with being updated. Other than that all was good and would definitely stay there again.
