The garden has a solid surface area covering 60m2, another private lawn area that covers 30m2, and a 30m2 furnished terrace where you can enjoy wonderful summer evenings. From the garden, you can enjoy the beautiful views as well as the nice and quiet atmosphere; all this in complete privacy. On the outside of the property you also have access to a mobile barbecue, 5 loungers, and space to comfortably park 4 cars.

Sit back and relax in the living room with fireplace, which offers spectacular views through its large windows. In this room you can enjoy watching satellite television, watching a DVD or listening to music, all using the air conditioning available. The dining room is furnished in the same area and is separated from the kitchen by half a wall. The kitchen is spectacular and very modern. It has everything you need to prepare any dish you want, including an induction stove. The laundry area has 1 washer, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. This property has 4 bedrooms, 3 with 1 double bed, air conditioning and 1 closet and the 4th with 2 single beds and 1 closet. Two of the bedrooms (the 2 single beds one and 1 with a double bed) communicate and are located on the opened attic that is on top of the lounge, dining room and kitchen area. If you need it, you have access to a crib for the little ones. The property has a total of 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and one in suite.

The setting of the property is very nice and quiet. Mancor de la Vall is a municipality located in the Tramuntana Mountain Range of Majorca, so you have access to a large amount of mountain hiking excursions. In turn, this village is located fairly close to Inca, one of the most important towns in Mallorca, due to its leather tradition and its shoe industry. In Inca also takes place the Thursday weekly market, which is very important and recognized throughout the island. Some of the beaches you can visit are those located in the small towns of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, such as Estellencs, Banyalbufar, Deià, etc. If you prefer a fine, white sand beach, you can visit the beaches of Alcúdia, which give you access to a variety of water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, jet skis and diving among others.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
