The spacious house offers several terraces to celebrate soirees with your friends and families or to start the day with a long breakfast. there is a sofa and an armchair where you can share a bottle of wine under the parasol shadow, as well as a griddle to grill. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can refresh in the private chlorine pool which sizes 7 x 4 metres and whose depth varies between 1.7 and 2.3 metres. We recommend the use of the exterior shower before and after swimming. There is a well cared garden around where 4 sunbeds invite to rest. As it is within a villages, there are neighbours around.

Inside, the rooms come along 200 m2 and 3 floors, featuring a quite Mediterranean and comfortable style at the same time. The living - dining room with a TV set has access to the terrace and a lot of details which prove the owner's love for this house. The kitchen is well equipped, including an oven, an induction cooker, a high chair and some tools to prepare little dishes.

On the first floor we find two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with twin beds. Bot present a wardrobe and a fan and one of them has room for a baby cot if necessary. A shower bathroom gives service to this floor.

The second floor features two bedrooms with a wardrobe each. The biggest is very beautiful and it offers two twin beds, access to a terrace with mountain views and air conditioning. The second bedroom is suitable for 4 children since it has two bunk beds. On the last floor you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet.

The laundry is very practical and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub gives service to the ground floor. The whole house features central gas heating for the winter season.

This incredible villa is by the Montgó Natural Park, a marvellous place to have long walks or practice cycling. At the same time, it is not far from Jávea, where you will find all services for your vacation. If you love the beach, there rae more possibilities like Playa Granadella, Cala Ambolo, Cala Blanca or Playa del Arenal with lots of "chiringuitos" or bars by the beach. In addition, you can also visit the Jávea lookout, the wind mills, the Cabo La Nao light house, or if you like the submarine life, you can go diving to El Portixol.
