This great residential house is perfect for those who want to stay by the sea but with a private pool included in the facilities. Here, you can enjoy the sea and later have a nice time swimming in the oval chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth from 0.8 to 1.8 metres. In addition, you'll bask in the sun on one of the 5 sunloungers, cook delicious BBQs and have a great time under the porch.

The house comprises 2 floors. The main floor offers an airy living - dining room -with fireplace and AC-, where you can enjoy your family meals, chat for a while or watch the TV-sat. Next, you'll find the kitchen, very spacious and with a gas cooktop, pantry, and access to the laundry room -equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bedroom and a shower bathroom complete this floor. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Two of them share the bathroom -with a tub- and the last one has AC and an en-suite with a bath. All bedrooms feature a double bed and a closet. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high-chair also are available.

Sa Coma is a coastal residential area belonging to municipality of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. The place is visited mainly by families and locals that enjoy its paradisaical beach of fine sand and crystal-clear water. It's located just 750 metres from the house. The area also offers a great variety of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and more.
