This beautiful typical Mallorcan house, surrounded by an incomparable natural landscape, offers an awesome chlorine private pool, 12 x 5 m large and 1.2 x 1.5 m depth, surrounded by up to 6 sun loungers. From here, the stairs will guide you to the porch, just ideal for making tasty barbecues. The 31.000 m2 plot is fenced having totally privacy.

The accommodation is distributed in only one height, the ground floor. The living-dining room, open to the kitchen, invites you to spend much of your time in it. You can watch TV-SAT during the afternoon after sharing talks and meals, all them cooked on the gas hob. If you want, then you can also light the wooden stove. The laundry room has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Likewise, there is a shower bathroom and two single bed dormitories, both of them boasting fan and wardrobe. One of these bedrooms also has space to allocate a cot as well as a high chair, apart from having access to a terrace. The house is equipped with central oil heating. In this house the environment is very important and, therefore, the operation is with solar panels.

The landscape that surrounds Artà, a village featuring all necessary services and at only 2.9 km, is characterized by its soft green hills, its forests and its coast, full of little coves and sandy beaches. The nearest beach is Son Moll, at less than 9 km. The golf course of Capdepera is also less than 3 km away.
