Information about Na molla

This wonderful country house with an incomparable character, combining rustic elements with touches of the Balinese style, will fully delight you. It is located in Manacor, it has a private pool and can accommodated from 4 to 6 people.
Any corner in this finca invites to dream and disconnect from the daily life. Just imagine a dinner outdoors by the pool, listening to some music at the chill out area afterwards and having a cocktail under the straw pergola. The little ones will be delighted with the little lake on the lawn area. The chlorine pool, which sizes 5 x 4 metres and with a 1.75 metres depth, is surrounded by 6 fantastic wooden sunbeds. There is a mobile barbecue so that you can cook grille vegetables and meat and have lunch under the glazed porch, which also offers a living area for the children to play while you have a coffee.

You you enter the house you find a cosy high-ceiling living room featuring satellite TV and air conditioning, and open to the kitchen which is equipped with a gas top and all cutlery and tools you may need as well as a practical bar with stools. There are two bathrooms, with a bathtub or a shower, and two bedrooms that are equipped with air conditioning, closet and exit to the glazed porch. One of them has a double bed and the other comes with two twin beds. Our extra guests can sleep on two single beds placed in the loft over the kitchen area. A cot and a high chair, as well as a radiator are also available on request. There is a laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You will find a good variety of services like supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kind of shops only 1 km away, in Manacor. In fact, this is known as the "furniture" city and it is famous for its pearls factory, Majorica. Cuevas del Drach are also very near, a world of stalactites and stalagmites with a subterranean lake called Llac Martel. This is the best plec in the island if you want to visit dreamy beaches or coves like Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo, Calas de Mallorca and the paradisaical Cala Varques, only accesible on foot.

Great stay overall

We had a pleasant stay, the house is great, good location and big garden. All necessary was there in the house, but we had some miscommunication between the managing agency and the owner. Great stay overall.


Schöne Finca auf dem Land außerhalb von Manacor

Die Finca ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Lage ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto außerhalb von Manacor kann man positiv und negativ betrachten. Wir fanden es gut, da man so seine Ruhe hat und keine Nachbarn stören oder gestört werden können. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch pflicht, wenn man mal etwas anderes als die Finca sehen möchte. Der Pool ist groß (ca. 5x4m) und ebenfalls top gepflegt. Wir waren positiv überrascht, da wir durch die wenigen Bewertungen, die es im Internet zu der Unterkunft gibt, etwas skeptischer angereist waren. In der Finca befindet sich alles was man zum Wohnen benötigt. Wir haben jeden Tag in dem tollen Außenbereich gefrühstückt und Abends gegrillt. Die Kommunikation verlief zunächst über Villafinca, kurz vor der Anreise dann über Homeaway. Im Flughafenschalter von Homeaway muss man sich dann registrieren und erhält per SMS sowohl Koordinaten, als auch den Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Die Kaution habe ich 7 Tage nach der Rückreise und Angabe der Kontodaten vollständig zurückerhalten. Die Kommunikation war über den gesamten Zeitraum ab Buchung unkompliziert und einfach, alles auf Deutsch wohlbemerkt. Wir können die Finca jedem empfehlen, der gerne ein paar ruhige Tage auf dem Land verbringen und das spanische Wetter genießen möchte.

The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen and the pool area, and the garden is very beautiful. The surroundings (garden, patio, pool) feel very cozy. It is well reachable and close to Manacor, but the road close by (Manacor - Felanitx) can be heard when sitting in the garden. Price-value ratio is very good. Check-in was a bit confusing, as no one from Homerti was there to show us around, instead someone else (from the owners?) arrived just to collect the tourist tax (and have us fill out some guest forms one more time), but did not want to show us around either (as he said that this was the duty of Homerti). Anyway, if you are used to take over fincas like that one, that is no real problem.
