Coming back home after a long day at the beach is simply a delight. Enjoy yourself with a cool swim in the salted pool and organise a barbecue with your friends afterwards. Children can learn to swim in the 1.5 diametres children pool with a 0.5 metres depth. This Mallorcan style finca features the traditional natural stoned facade and a great porch where you can sit around the table while the little ones enjoy the pool. This is oval-shaped and it sizes 8 x 4 metres with a depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.5 metres. The exterior shower is quite helpful to wash the sand off after the beach. Six sun loungers invite to bask in the Mallorcan sun. The family chefs will find the wood oven outdoors to cook pizza or home made bread. The property is fenced and the rural environment invites to relax and breathe the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere.

Rooms are distributed throughout two floors. There is a beautiful kitchen open to the dining room on the ground floor. You can prepare delicious dishes in the gas top as well as the microwave and other kitchen utensils. You can take care of your loved ones with good breakfasts since you will find an electrical and Italian coffee makers, a juice squeezer and a toaster. The dining area can accommodate 8 people and it has access to the outside. The wood stove will warm you up in the fall days. After lunch, nothing but a nap on the sofa, watching the satellite TV channels or listening to music. The laundry room comes with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. Two bedrooms are still on the ground floor. Both of them with two twin beds and a closet each, although one of them also offers an en-suite shower bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Another bathroom with a double basin and a large mirror completes the ground floor.

Our guests will find two more bedrooms on the first floor. One offers a double bed, a beautiful closet, a stylish vintage dresser and a little window with views to the fields. This bedroom has enough space for a cot, in case you need it, and we can also prepare a high chair. The last bedroom is perfect for children offering a trundle bed for two people. It also has a closet and access to the terrace on the first floor. The last bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a basin with a shower. Bedrooms, living room and dining room are air-conditioned.

This finca is located into a rural area, near the beaches of Cala s'Almunia and Caló des Moro. Both are very well known due to its natural wonder. In a 20 minutes drive you will reach the Natural park of Mondragó, the natural beach of Es Trenc or Cala Llombars, so this property is the best choice for those in search of the sea and the beach. Both, Santanyi and Campos offer supermarkets, restaurants and shops, that is to say, everything you need for an independent stay. If you don't feel like going to the beach there are lots of places to visit like the salt mine where the famous "Salt d'Es Trenc" is produced, the light house in Cap de Ses Salines, or the capital, Palma, with a wide offer of museums, monuments and leisure.
