It is a 2-storey house of 225 m2 and 5 bedrooms. It is ideal for families with children and groups of friends. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom with shower and a little kitchen. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, while the others have 2 single beds each), 2 bathrooms with bathtub (one en suite with the main room). All the rooms have AC, closet and windows to the garden.
The villa has a warm and peaceful environment. It is an excellent option for people who are looking for a relaxing holiday! Sit down in the big living room and enjoy the reading of a good book, surfing the Internet (WIFI), watching satellite TV or your own movies with the DVD. The dining area has a table with space for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, coffee machine, microwave, blender, dish washer, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The outside is a beautiful place to make the most of your holiday: have a tempting barbeque, swim in the pool or just relax in the 30 m2 terrace. The terrace has a table with chairs for 10 people and the pool is 8 x 4 metres. Next to the pool you will find 6 sun beds to enjoy Majorcan weather while the children have plan playing ping pong in the garage. The house is located in a urbanization, so you will have direct neighbours; although the house and its facilities are totally private. There is space to park 3 cars, although is not covered. Please, mind that pets are not allowed.
The town of Pollensa is just 7.6 km away and it could possibly be the most beautiful town of the island. In fact, it has been for years the favourite destination for painters and writers who visited the island. Pollensa it’s a welcoming town that invites you to enjoy summer nights surrounded by historical monuments, lovely little streets and traditional lifestyle. You can go to a concert of classical music, an art exhibition, relax in a bar or a restaurant in Plaza Major or visit some charming local shops.
The most characteristic monuments of Pollença are Puente Romano and Calvario, which has the Via Crucis. Calvario has special interest because you have to climb 365 steps to reach the top of the hill, from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Pollença and its bay.
1.5 km away you will find the beaches Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with white sand and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children. In addition, water activities as diving, fishing, kayak and sailing are offered. You can as well go for a walk to the Marina in Puerto de Pollensa where you will find luxury yachts mixed with colourful local fishing boats. On the other hand, you can choose the beautiful seafront promenade with views to the bay, where you will find open-air restaurants and bars.
A 15 minutes drive will take you to the Golf Club, opened to non-members. It has 9 golf holes, a golf club, a restaurant, a swimming pool and you can hire golf clubs, carts and buggies. You can organize to take lessons and there are tournaments regularly.
A 30 minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a day in the beach and taste paella in one of the restaurants with sea views. The promenade in Can Picafort contrast has a very lively environment and contrasts with the tranquillity of Playas de Muro.
