Enjoy the breathtaking views to the sea from any corner of the house. It has chlorine pool sizing 16 x 9 metres and a depth ranging from 1.4 to 3 metres, as well as an outdoors shower. So this is a privileged spot to spend your vacation. The terrace will become the perfect place to dream and relax while the sun caresses your skin while on one of the 6 sun loungers, and also to swim while admiring the boats ploughing through the Mediterranean water. You can also enjoy a delicious barbecue right here at nightfall admiring the incomparable sunset.

This 780 m2 luxurious house features no less than 5 floors with elevator and its is equipped with cold/hot air-conditioning all throughout. On the main floor you will find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen all together in an open concept space. You can sit with your family at the living room and have some chat, enjoy a reading or watch satellite TV. There is a large dining table for 10 people at the dining area, perfect to share the best dishes of the family chef. The cook can innovate new dishes at the beautiful and modern kitchen with an induction top, oven, microwave and all utensils and appliances you may need. We find the laundry room adjoined with the washer, the dryer, the iron and the ironing board. The four bedrooms are located on different floors, all of them with a double bed and direct access to a terrace with panoramic sea views. Three of them present a walk-in closet and one just a wardrobe. The 5 bathrooms are also located on different levels, all of them with a shower but one -which comes with a shower and a hydro-massage bathtub-. There also are two toilets. Three of the bathroom are en-suite. As a summary, there is one en-suite bedroom on the main floor; a toilet and two en-suite bedrooms are on the -1 floor; and the -2 floor offers not only the fourth en-suite bedroom, a toilet and an independent bathroom at the landing but also a fantastic wine cellar room. The bottom -3 floor will only be opened to accommodate the 9th and 10th guests. It is only accesible from the exterior staircase by the pool offering the 5th bedroom and the 8th bathroom (with a shower). It has a double bed and a closet. A cot and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby.

The house is located in Granadella Forest Park, a quiet area where you will be surrounded by nature. Around the park, there are many trails that you can follow that will take you to fantastic places and stunning viewpoints: there is one that will take you to Granadella Castle and another one to the beach of Cala Granadella, only 2.8 km away. This beach is perfect for those who practice snorkel and diving due to its calm and clean waters. In summer the kids will enjoy the floating playground in this beach! You can also rent canoes and kayaks!
