An oasis of peace and relaxing tranquility is awaiting you, with this big, private, chlorine pool, with a size of 10m x 5m, and a depth ranging from 1-1,9m. There are 4 sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine or to slumber in the shadow of a palm tree. You can play a game of ping-pong with the kids, if you like! The porch, with its hemp sunroof, offers a wonderful place for family barbecues and long after-dinner conversations. The terrain is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The comfortable, stylish interior of the house counts with air conditioning, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a vitro hob. The living- and dining room, in extension of the kitchen, counts with a sofa, four arm chairs and two (foot)stools, as well as a large dining table. From the living room, there are three large, glass doors to the garden, with views on the pool. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board available.

As the house is perfectly designed for 6 persons, there are three bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms count with wardrobe and air conditioning. Furthermore, there is an independent bathroom with a shower. On request, we can prepare two baby beds and two high chairs, without any extra cost. Besides, there's central heating for the winter.

The villa is situated close to the small urbanisation Es Llombards and the village of Santanyí. In either one of these places, you will find supermarkets, shops and some good restaurants. Within a few minutes by car, you can reach the most charming beaches, like Cala s'Almonia, Cap des Moro, Cala Llombards or the Natural Park of Cala Mondragó. The most famous beach of Mallorca, Es Trenc, is about 20 minutes driving. That area is also famous for its salt production: Sal d'Es Trenc, with lots of different tastes to choose from.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
